After retiring, Cathy has dedicated a lot of her time on the farm assisting in different tasks. She participates in seeding, tending to plants, harvesting, and stocking. Cathy is strongly committed to promoting sustainable methods and manages our composting initiative on the farm. She is convinced that by strategically applying these practices, we can improve soil quality significantly.
